Sustainability Meets Innovation: Reigniting Cleantech

The global energy and resources challenges that we face have never been bigger.  From widespread blackouts in India to drought conditions in the United States, the stakes are clear.  Yet at the same time that corporate business leaders around the world are finally connecting the dots that environmental innovation will be a fundamental driver of future profitability, technology investors are looking shell-shocked and nervous after a difficult stretch of company failures and weak public exits.

How can environmental sustainability and innovation be top of mind for customers and corporations, but not delivering the right returns for the investment community?  Cleantech Forum 2013, Reigniting Cleantech, will tackle this critical disconnect head-on.  By convening cleantech’s most prominent investors, entrepreneurs, and supporters with the world’s largest corporate strategics, sustainability leaders, and technology buyers, we will attempt to bridge this gap and point the industry toward its next wave of growth.

The Forum will showcase the sector’s most important startups, engage in the industry’s most frank conversations, and create, for two and a half days, the best possible environment for participants to get to know each other and the issues that will reshape their worlds.  Our speakers and our attendees will reflect the increasingly diverse range of influencers on the global energy and environmental technology market.

We will bring insights from Sustainability leaders in major corporations, innovators in the traditional Oil & Gas industry, as well as technology developers from the consumer web and retail worlds.  We will highlight new forms of corporate collaboration, technology incubation, and shed light on trends impacting real product adoption.

With so much to tackle, Cleantech Forum 2013 promises to be a unique, thought provoking, catalytic event.   We hope that you will be one of the more than 750 professionals joining us in March!
