The summit part of the Global Cleantech 100 Summit and Gala on October 7, 2014 will be held at The National Press Club, 529 14th St. NW, 13th Floor, Washington, DC 20045.The National Press Club, a private club for journalists and communications professionals, has been a Washington institution for more than a century. It is also a world-class conference and meeting facility that hosts thousands of events each year for sophisticated clients from around the globe. The National Press Club is known as “The Place Where News Happens.” Global leaders in government, politics, business, music, film and sport visit the club every day.
Global Cleantech 100 delegates are encouraged to book a room at the iconic Loews Madison Hotel Washington DC, situated right next door to 1776, the gala dinner venue, and walking distance from the National Press Club.
We have secured a special rate of $289 per room per night, and we encourage delegates to book as soon as possible and no later than September 15, 2014 which is the cut-off date for room reservations.

1. Call Loews’ group reservation line at 1-855-325-6397 and use the name of the group (Cleantech Group) as well as the reservation ID LEAO05.
2. Or reserve online by clicking here. This link will allow you to book within the dates contracted (October 5-7). Any bookings on dates prior to October 5, 2014 or after October 7, 2014 the system will not allow you to book a room. Guests will need to use Loews’ 1-855 line for these requests outside the contracted dates. Once the block has reached under 6 rooms for each day, the system will not allow guests to book a room and you will need to use our 1-855 line for reservations.

The Entrepreneur Roundtable will be hosted at the office of Taylor Wessing, located in the heart of London. The law firm is one of the founding members of the Legal Sector Alliance (LSA), which has developed a set of principles to minimize their impact on the environment. Taylor Wessing has also signed the City Air Quality Pledge, and they have also signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to collaborate with their building management and fellow tenants to reduce building emissions and increase recycling efficiency.
The Entrepreneur Dinner will be at the Bleeding Heart Restaurant, within walking distance of Taylor Wessing’s offices. The Bleeding Heart Restaurant is located in the historic, cobble-stoned Bleeding Heart Yard. The dinner will take place in the Terrace Room, with its windows overlooking the yard.
